Our is a public limited company, integrated on 3rd July 2008 from Shree Mohit Indutries, which was a fast emerging and spearheading group and an associate of Shree Balaji Industries. Shree Balaji was established in 1988 at Burhanpur (Madhya Pradesh). Later on these companies are merged into one single organization that now well known as Texmo Pipes And Products Limited.
